Become a donation collection point
We are on the lookout for kind people and/or organisations who are able to host a collection point for donations of aid for Africa4health Mission's BLD Bank. We are looking forward to build a worldwide donation collecting points! Would you be able to help?
What would you need to do?
As an individual
-
Have a spare room, garage or other watertight storage space to store donations for a few weeks at a time.
-
Provide us with a contact email address or phone number to allow local people to locate you to arrange to drop off donations. We would then add this to our drop off points list.
-
Accept donations and keep them safe!
As an organisation / business
-
Do you have a spare cupboard, warehouse or container space to store donations for a few weeks at a time.
-
Provide us with contact details or business opening hours to allow people local to you to arrange to drop off donations.
-
We would then add this to our drop off points list.
-
Accept donations and keep them safe!
What happens then?
Once you have a reasonable amount of donations you have a choice. You can either
-
Bring them to Africa4health Mission's BLD Bank – we would love to see you!
-
Send them to Africa4health Mission's BLD Bank and we will refund the shipping or postage costs.
-
Get in touch with us; africa4health@africa4healthmissions.com and will arrange a collection from you
Once you get into the swing of it you have another choice. If you are happy to just take in the donations we send to you that’s fabulous – and we will always be very grateful. But if you want to take things further, you can. Maybe start advertising your involvement locally, try to drum up some local support. Start a local Africa4health Mission's BLD Bank friends group on Facebook, or run a collection at your workplace, school or club. We can send you flyers or posters, give you some tips, just let us know!
We believe that these procedures will help protect donors, volunteers and recipients. Please follow these guidelines so that we may continue to help those in need as safely as possible.
